Extra Weight

Not a biography
The Codex files a weight that arrived without being invited and then refused to leave. A Leo woman and a Taurus man share a black table. The object on it is denser than the talk around it. The air changed jobs.
What is kept is not the lift. It is the fact that the room became heavier and both of them stayed long enough to notice. She treats presence as heat. He treats presence as mass. Neither of them calls the object a metaphor. The archive does not either.
That's heavier is not a complaint in this file. It is a measurement. The gold around them is still. The night does not offer to carry anything.
Figures in the file
Sera Vale — Leo
Heat as a working method. She does not lighten the table to make the minute polite. She stays until the weight has a name, even if the name is only heavier.
Toren Hale — Taurus
Mass as loyalty. He will not pretend the object is light because the room is gold. If the air changed jobs, he will clock in.
The weight
Third figure. Gravity that learned furniture. The file exists because it did not roll off.
Filed note
Margin
Some minutes are not about who is stronger. They are about who is willing to keep the heavier thing in the room without calling it a lesson.
