Synopsis

A hood fills the foreground, layered grey-brown, wet, heavy. The face is not a face. It is black under the cloth. A second dark shape at the shoulder does not introduce itself. Rain falls between pale rock.

Above, a machine arch and an eye of orange fire. The readable piece in the metal is one word, and the frame cuts the rest. The realm does not fit.

Too large for one corridor. The shot shows cloth, rain, and the eye that runs the weather.

Extended sequence

The cloak reveals no rank, no mouth, no mercy. The eye does not look down in any personal way. It is installed.

Heat from the arch, cold from the rain. The figure stands in that argument and does not mediate.

Figures in the frame

One hood. The shadow withholds the jaw on purpose. You get textile and weather.

The eye is the other figure. No lid. Architecture instead. That is a government's idea of a face.

Codex fragment

The jewel eye has a rose and no person. This eye is infrastructure, set over a body the way a rule is set over a road.

A slice. The rest of the realm is outside the walls, and the shot does not fake a map.

Sound of Imagination

Rain. The low furnace of the eye. Wet cloth. Sound of Imagination.

No order is shouted. The eye does not need a voice to be in charge.

The Craft

Still: a hood under a fiery eye. Motion: rain at the edge. Residual: pale rock closing the world to a corridor. The Craft.

The realm is the arch. The person is the dark under it.

Showcase

Keep the fire in the arch, not the anonymous hood. Showcase.

A hood is anonymity. The eye is the government.

Wet cloth, a blackened face, rain, an arch, an orange eye that does not shut.

Cut down to a corridor, and still too big.
