Synopsis
Leaving is the only honest heat
Leo Man does not stay. That is not a wound he is trying to hide. It is the way his heat is built: arrive, burn, leave the room standing. Scorpio Woman remains in the doorway as if remaining were a country.
The minute is the turn in the corridor. He is already walking. She does not follow. Pocket Cinema files the second when pride and claim occupy the same gold light and refuse to share a night.

The corridor is long enough to be a decision. Gold on her face, black on his coat. He does not look back because looking back would be a stay he will not sign.
She does not call. Calling would turn remaining into chasing. The climate of this short is two jobs: heat that cannot inhabit, claim that cannot travel.
When the breath ends he is further down the line. She is still the doorway. That is the whole plot.
