REMBRANDT-06 · Figurine
The figure
The object
Two men step forward. The captain wears black and a red sash, one hand out. The lieutenant wears gold and carries a halberd. The plaque reads The Company.
The militia is two people here. The rest of the company stays in the plate. The step is the object.
The base is black marble with gold veins. The plaque is brass. The figure leaves the plate. It does not leave the museum, and it is not a toy.
The plate
Plate 06 of House of Gold. After The Night Watch. Rijksmuseum, SK-C-5, 1642.
The wet street and the arch are not on the marble. The Night Watch is not shrunk onto a base.
The painting stays in the museum. This object is the plate, standing.
