Not a biography
The Codex does not keep their passports. It keeps the minute in which a chart and a tide sat at the same harbour table and refused to share a single north. Sagittarius Woman arrives with a map she treats as duty. Pisces Man arrives as the weather the map cannot hold.
What is filed here is the wreck of the sheet — evidence that leaving and dissolving occupied one lantern and did not apologise to the ink.

Distance as craft. She would rather be lost on a road she chose than found in a room that does not move.

Boundary as suggestion. He does not tear the map to win. He lets it drink the air.

When a traveller and a tide sit over the same drawing, do not ask which one is lying. Ask which north the paper can still afford. Some meetings are not destinations. They are the moment a chart admits it was always a wish.
