Synopsis
High Fantasy · Standalone · Released
Deep beneath the surface, the ruins of an astral tribunal still hold their light. Marble and gold-obsidian columns stand in crystal water. A crown of hardened starlight floats above a drowned throne.
Valerius descends toward it — last heir of a city the sea took whole. Three thousand years underwater have not extinguished the relic. Water does not wash magic away. It keeps it for those who can breathe inside it.
When his hand closes on the crown, the chamber answers with a wave of pure astral fire. Shadows of ancient guardians rise along the pillars.
A voice from the deep asks if he is ready to sink in order to rule.
He does not pull away.
Extended sequence
After the cut
His hand has closed. Astral fire runs the crystal water in a ring, and the guardians along the pillars are fully there.
The voice asks again if he is ready to sink in order to rule. The minute is the water, not the answer.
Figures in the frame
Who remains
Valerius Aedes, last heir of the city the sea took whole. Star-armor, coral already on the plates, the drowned throne at his back.
The Codex names him. This descent is the frame the dossier uses, not a list brought in from another film.
