Velvet Blade
An edge dressed so the cut can pretend it was a courtesy
Key art
The room the tone keeps
Velvet Blade is an edge dressed so the cut can pretend it was a courtesy. The film is Keep the Bridge: Sagittarius Woman × Scorpio Man. Someone has to keep the span. The blade is not the bridge. It is what happens if the span is treated lightly.
What the frequency does
Velvet is the hand. The blade is the decision under it. The score lets the softness last one bar too long, then remembers the edge.
After the last bar
The span is still kept. The film comes back to this page.
