Synopsis

Scenario Edition

Darkness. Only breathing. A distant pulse. A thin vertical slit of golden light appears and widens into a living eye. It never blinks.

Dust drifts. Fog forms impossible horizons. A lone figure stands before the eye — unable to move, unable to escape.

The eye closes for an instant. When it opens again, the figure has vanished. The eye remains. Watching.

Extended sequence

The eye closes for an instant. When it opens, the figure is gone. Dust and a distant pulse remain, and the eye keeps watching.

Figures in the frame

One figure stands in front of the eye, unable to step away. The frame keeps them at the edge on purpose. When a dossier is written it will start from this still, not from a cast list imported from elsewhere.

Codex fragment

The Codex sentence for Don't Blink — Episode I is the one the camera would not hold: Darkness, breathing, and a slit of gold that widens into an eye. What the room already knew stays filed with the title, not with the feed.

Sound of Imagination

Don't Blink — Episode I has a frequency before any score is mastered — room tone, a held note, the residual of eye. Sound of Imagination keeps that pressure even if the track is still unfiled.

Showcase

If Don't Blink — Episode I leaves the screen it leaves as an object taken from the universe: eye, print, or a fragment you can hold. Not merchandise. A piece of The Opening Eye that survived the cut.

The Craft

Don't Blink — Episode I is built still first: the image of eye, then the motion that proves the still was not a pose, then the residual. The method stays visible so the room does not pretend to be a feed.

Filed in The Houses

Don't Blink — Episode I is filed in The Opening Eye. The house keeps the climate. The climate keeps this title — not a genre tag taped on after the fact.
