Synopsis

A wet crossing. Hair up, a long black coat over a cream slip, a gold heel doing more work than the talk. He is in a black suit, collar open, looking along the street. Their hands are joined.

A small gold ram stands at her foot like a sign that learned to be furniture. The red signal says wait. They are already in the road.

The heel is the brightest decision in the frame. It is on the wet stone, not on his shoe.

Extended sequence

Shop glass throws them back in pieces. The ram does not walk. They do. The heel keeps a rhythm the signal is trying to forbid.

He is not steering. She is not stopping. The joined hands are a fact, not a pose they break for the light.

Figures in the frame

Aries, gold at the foot, the coat severe, the slip wrong for the weather and worn anyway. Aries, the suit, the gaze down the road, the other half of the same refusal to stand on the curb.

The ram is the animal, shrunk, and it is hers by proximity. He does not pick it up.

Codex fragment

The long way is hats, a neon SAME, and an alley they will not shorten. This is a few painted lines and a heel that makes even that distance look chosen.

The red hand wants a wait. They spend the crossing.

Sound of Imagination

A heel on wet stone. A signal box. City wash in the glass. Sound of Imagination.

Nobody names the step. The shoe reports it.

The Craft

Still: a gold heel and a small gold ram. Motion: the joined hands, mid-stride. Residual: the red hand, ignored. The Craft.

The agreement is not a speech. It is weight on a wet line.

Showcase

Keep the heel, not the storefront. Showcase.

Glass is any night shop. The heel is the sentence.
