Synopsis
Night rain, chrome overpass. She walks the alley as if lateness were a weapon, which it is. He stands in the path in a coat that thinks it is a lock. She says standing in the door is not a threat. It is a queue. He says he stings after closing. Stay in line.
She is not kicking the door. She is late. That is worse. The door is already open. His name is on the lock. They walk through anyway.
Extended sequence
